On Thursday, August 7, 2014, at approximately 0042 hours, Bethlehem Police Officers responded to a shooting outside of the Happy Tap Bar at 601 E. Fourth Street, Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
The shooting happened after the victim exited the bar. Outside of the bar, a Hispanic male approached the victim, pulled a handgun and shot at the victim. The male victim fled on foot being chased by the Hispanic male with the gun.
The victim, a 24 year old male, from Lehigh County, was struck by gunfire in his torso area. The victim ran to the area of Founders Way and Second Street where Police found him. Bethlehem City Police transported the victim to St. Lukes Hospital for medical treatment. The victim was listed in stable condition as of early this morning.
