Four Arrested for Robbery at Pantry One

ROBBERY INFORMATION

On 11-2-2011, at 0250 hours, a robbery was reported at the Pantry One store located at 261 E. Union Blvd. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Northampton County. A confrontation occurred in the store after a group of three males and one female entered the store and argued with the clerk over cigars.

 One male took a cigar and left without paying for it. The clerk went out into the parking lot to get the license plate of the vehicle that they were getting into. The three males grabbed the clerk and beat him, taking his cell phone.

The clerk was taken to St. Lukes hospital for his facial and head injures. The four individuals fled the scene in a red VW style vehicle.

 At approx. 2145 hours, following up on information learned during this investigation, Bethlehem Detectives, assisted by Allentown Police, located three of the individual in Allentown. All three were taken into custody at this time and transported to BPD HQ. The fourth suspect was later located and also taken into custody.

Charged in this robbery and assault are the following individuals:

 1-MADELYN QUINN DERR, age18, 610 S. Fawn Street, apt B, Allentown

2-JUSTIN MICHAEL STAHLEY, age 23, 2314 Grove Road, Allentown

3-XAVIER SERRANO, age 23, 712 2nd Ave, Bethlehem,

4-JESSUS MANUEL SERRANO, age 26, 712 2nd Ave, Bethlehem

All four individual were arraigned before the Northampton County On Duty Judge and committed to Northampton County Prison. Affidavits are on file at the District Judge Office for details.
