Bethlehem, PA
At approximately 3:00 PM on Thursday 12/13/12, a black male male driving a white car that “looked like a police car”, attempted to lure a child in the area of Brodhead Ave. and Morton Street. This incident initially occurred near Broughal Middle School and continued as the male followed the child by the Wendy’s and west on Broadway.
The male is described as black, in his 30′s to 40′s with a grayish goatee and a scar on the left side of his jaw area. The male appeared to be tall and thin and was wearing a white tank top shirt. The car is described a white in color and “looked like a cop car”. It may be a Ford Crown Victoria with tinted windows. The car had a beige interior and polished, multi small-spoke wheels.
